Shipping options include:

• Ground delivery by Australia Post & Fastway Couriers
  • To provide you the most accurate shipping quote, we look up the prices directly from these transporters based on what is in your shopping cart
  • You may be presented with a number of options based on the transporting company, your specific suburb and estimated days to deliver
• Pick up at Big Scoop Market Stall - Organic Gold Coast Farmers Market (Miami) - every Sunday - pickup time between 6am and 12:00pm

Returns Policy

• If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, please inform us by email to accounts@bigscoop.com.au within 24 hours of purchase
• All claims must provide appropriate evidence and information to verify and be approved by the customer service team prior to the goods being returned. 
• The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging. 
• Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked into our warehouse.
• Please do not dispose of any products in question relating to your claim until the claim has been finalised as it may be required as evidence and/or further investigation.
